Despite my best efforts, I am actually starting to make some progress

Who would have thought? It turns out that working out for almost two hours just about every day, sometimes burning up to 1,000 calories, would actually contribute to progress in my weight loss goal. I thought that only worked for other people.

During this time, I switched from Effexor and Geodon to Lamictal and Abilify. So far, while it ain’t bliss, I feel far less shitty- so let’s call it a win.

I’ve still got a good amount of fat to lose, but the protruding bulge of my belly is mostly gone. AND, I’ve had to change to a smaller belt.
